Easy Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing MR.GREEN. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right.

30-Day Easy Returns

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, with all accessories/manuals, and in original packaging.

  • Hygiene note: Personal care tools may be returned only if unopened/unused with hygiene seals intact.

  • No restocking fees.

Return Shipping & Coverage

  • Prepaid labels for customers in: US, Canada, UK, Australia, Spain, Germany, France, Italy.

  • Other countries: You can still return—shipping is customer-paid.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Start a Return

  1. Email contact@hellomrgreen.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll send a return label (where eligible) and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back and keep your drop-off receipt/tracking.
    Only authorized returns will be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Please check your order on arrival.

  • If damaged/defective/incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos of the item, inner/outer packaging, and shipping label.

  • We’ll replace, reship, or refund as needed—shipping on us.

Exchanges

  • Fastest method: return the item for a refund and place a new order.

  • If you prefer a direct swap, tell us—we’ll advise availability and next steps.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email approval status.

  • Refund timing: issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Your bank/card may need 3–10 business days to post the funds.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off

  • You may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery and return the item in sellable condition. Please contact us to receive instructions and address details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Perishables, custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous/flammable materials

  • Final sale items and gift cards
