We ship worldwide with tracking to get your tools to you safely and on time.

Order Processing

  • Handling time: Ships within 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Edits/cancellations: Contact us before dispatch; once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

  • Split shipments: Multiple items may ship separately to speed delivery.

Shipping Methods

  • Service: Global Express Tracking (and equivalent reliable carriers).

  • Origin: Our primary fulfillment centers are in China.

  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within 3–21 business days depending on destination and service speed. Peak seasons or customs inspections may add time—thank you for your patience.

Tip: Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show the first scan after label creation.

Duties, Taxes & DDP

  • DDP (Duties & Taxes Paid): Where available, we prepay import fees so there’s nothing due on delivery. If DDP applies, you’ll see it at checkout.

  • DAP (Unpaid): If DDP isn’t available to your country, local duties/taxes may be collected by customs or the carrier.

Address & Delivery

  • Accuracy matters: Please enter a complete address (house/building number, apartment/suite, postal code, phone).

  • Undeliverable/Returned: If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we can reship (postage may apply) or refund minus original shipping once it arrives back in good condition.

  • Marked “Delivered” but missing: Check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us so we can open a trace.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Weather events, customs inspections, airline capacity limits, or carrier disruptions can affect timelines. We monitor scans and will assist if your parcel stalls.
